Ski Zell am See
Zell am See ski resort is situated on a beautiful lake just one hour and forty five minutes from Salzburg. Zell am See is a picturesque medieval district, as is the nearby Bruck.
Skiing holidays to Zell am See grant access to the Europa Sport Piste area, which gives skiers and boarders 150km of piste. The glacier and 40km of snowmaking keep the conditions good late into the season and make the Zell am See ski area one of the most snow sure in Austria.
Zell am See ski resort offers a good rage of runs from beginner to advanced with intermediates being the best catered for. Snowboarders have a fun park and permanent half pipe as well and the glacier offers a perfect opportunity to practise skills and riding in powder.
The mountain has over 40 restaurants and the town itself is covered in fantastic little places to eat and drink. There is also a trip to Salzburg where there is something for everyone. For the non skier or those who what to try something different there is horse riding, skating, curling, ice hockey and night skiing and boarding.
