Courchevel is split into three different resorts 1550, 1650 and 1850. They are all full of wonderful hotels to suit all. They are all 2 hours 30 minutes from Chambery and 3 hours 30 from Lyons. The resorts are part of the Three valleys ski area which has a huge 600km of skiing and is rated as one of the best in Europe. With so much terrain there is enough variation to keep every level of skier more than contented. There is also fantastic off-piste selection and over 150km of cross country skiing.

Carving snowboarders will find themselves at home as will free riders and beginners. There really is something for everyone. For non skiers or just those who fancy something different Courchevel has Ice hockey, skating, squash, climbing and even karting. The après ski differs from village to village with pubs, bars and restaurants for all.
